Adam is a life-long educator with a vast and varied amount of experience in schools. His ability to identify, address, and solve issues, challenges, or unchartered territories with school administrators has led to successful careers for so many that have worked with Adam, regardless of how long that relationship has been in place. His dedication to both his teams and the students they impact is always at the forefront of any decision he makes, and never shies away from modeling the risk-taking he expects teachers and students to do on a daily basis for learning to take place. He is certified in 4 states for both Admin and Teaching, and has hired over a thousand school personnel throughout his career. His commitment to keeping people over process, and finding the right seat on the right bus at the right time for anyone who is willing to put students before themselves, has led to some amazing results where teams or other individuals get all the credit just because Adam took a chance on them, saw something in them, or refused to accept less than their best.
